FACT Recruitment Notification No.: 2/2024 for selection of 78 Vacancies: The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Management Trainee. The FACT Vacancy 2024 Online Registration start from 17th February 2024 to 10th March 2024.

FACT Recruitment 2024 Salary / Pay Scale:

Management Trainee: ₹ 50000 – 160000/- (E 2)

 Qualification and Experience:

1. Management Trainee (Marketing): Two years Post Graduate Degree in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 60% marks OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 60% marks.
2. Management Trainee (Finance): Pass in the final examination as: (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR (ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
3. Management Trainee (Human Resources & Administration): Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/ HR Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management), with 60% marks.

Maximum Age Limit

Management Trainee: 26 years

Applications submitted online through FACT Official Website (fact.co.in) from 17th February 2024.
While applying, the candidates should mention their full name as it appears in the matriculation/
secondary examination certificate. Candidate is required to submit valid identity card (mentioned
earlier) with the name exactly as in the examination certificate.
The candidates must pay application fee shall be remitted through electronic fund transfer, as per instructions.
Additionally, the candidates should upload scanned copy of their caste/ community/ disability certificate/ Income and Asset Certificate etc.
The Last date for submitting online application is 10/03/2024.
