Admissions & Eligibility
Any student who has opted for the Commerce stream in Class 11 or 12 can enroll. For B.Com and B.Com CS coaching, students of any recognized university (UNIRAJ, Kota University, etc.) are welcome. CA Foundation coaching is open to Class 12 pass students or those awaiting results.
No entrance test is required for Class 11 and 12 admissions. For B.Com and CA Foundation batches, a brief diagnostic assessment is conducted — not to filter students, but to help faculty understand your current level so they can teach more effectively.
You’ll need to bring:
- Previous class marksheet (Class 10 for 11th; Class 11 for 12th)
- School / College ID card or admission form
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- Aadhar Card (for ID verification)
- Parent’s contact details
Yes, mid-session admissions are allowed within the first 2 months of a batch starting, subject to seat availability. We provide recorded backup of missed lectures so you can catch up quickly. After 2 months, new admissions are deferred to the next batch.
Courses & Curriculum
We cover both CBSE and RBSE (Rajasthan Board). Our faculty clearly address board-specific differences during lectures — for example, RBSE has slightly different formats for Accountancy papers than CBSE. Students from both boards are fully prepared.
The 12th Commerce program covers:
- Accountancy – Partnership, Cash Flow, Company Accounts
- Business Studies – Management, Marketing, Finance
- Economics – Micro & Macro (Demand-Supply, National Income)
- Mathematics / Informatics Practices – optional add-on
📝 English board exam writing style coaching is available as an add-on.
B.Com Regular covers Financial Accounting, Corporate Law, Taxation, Cost Accounting, and Auditing. B.Com CS (Computer Science) includes all of those plus computer-specific subjects: Programming in C/C++, DBMS, Data Structures, and practical software tools like Tally and Excel. Both follow the respective university syllabus closely.
Yes! Our 12th Board Crash Course runs from January to March, just before the board exams. It covers the entire syllabus in a condensed format with intensive mock tests, previous year paper practice, and last-minute revision strategies. Ideal for students who want a focused boost before boards.
We primarily follow the syllabi of University of Rajasthan (UNIRAJ) and Kota University. Students from other Rajasthan universities (MDS, Jai Narain Vyas, etc.) can also join — our faculty will map the relevant topics to your specific exam pattern.
Batches & Timings
We run multiple batches across morning and evening slots — typically 7–9 AM, 9–11 AM, 4–6 PM, and 6–8 PM. Exact timings differ by course. We keep batches small at max 35–40 students per batch to ensure personal attention. Contact us or visit comerc.in for the current batch schedule.
Yes. We offer live online classes for select courses — especially useful for outstation students and CA Foundation aspirants. Online students receive the same study material, recorded lecture backups, and access to doubt-solving sessions via WhatsApp and Zoom.
Yes, one batch change is allowed within the first 30 days of joining, subject to availability in the desired batch. After 30 days, batch changes are handled at the academic coordinator’s discretion.
For Class 11 and 12, new batches start in April and July to align with the school academic calendar. B.Com batches start in July–August following university semester schedules. CA Foundation batches are launched to align with ICAI exam cycles (May & November attempts).
Fee & Scholarships
Fees vary by course and duration. Please contact us directly for the latest fee structure, as it is updated each academic session. Fees are generally inclusive of study material, test series, and doubt sessions. Both full-payment and instalment options are available.
Yes, we offer multiple concessions:
- Merit Scholarship – up to 25% fee waiver for students with 85%+ in previous board exams
- Sibling Discount – 10% off for two siblings enrolling together
- Early Bird Discount – special rate for enrolling before the batch start date
- Need-based concession – evaluated on a case-by-case basis
A partial refund is available if a student withdraws within the first 15 days of batch commencement. After 15 days, fees are generally non-refundable. The admission/registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. Please read our full refund policy at comerc.in or ask at the front desk before enrolling.
Study Material & Tests
Commerce Hub provides comprehensive notes, practice sheets, and question banks for all enrolled students. For Class 11 and 12, NCERT textbooks are also recommended alongside our material. You do not need to buy additional guide books or reference books from outside.
We conduct weekly chapter tests, monthly unit tests, and full-length mock exams at regular intervals. For Class 12, mock exams mirror the exact CBSE / RBSE paper pattern including marking schemes. Results are shared with parents and tracked on our student progress portal.
📊 Parents receive a monthly performance report via WhatsApp.
Doubts can be resolved through multiple channels:
- In-class Q&A after every lecture
- Dedicated Doubt Sessions twice a week (walk-in, no appointment needed)
- WhatsApp doubt group monitored by faculty
- One-on-one sessions by appointment for complex topics
For online batch students, all live lectures are recorded and made available within 24 hours for revision. For offline batch students, recordings of specific topics may be shared upon request, particularly for classes missed due to illness or other reasons.
General
Not at all. Many students travel from nearby cities like Bundi, Jhalawar, Baran, and Sawai Madhopur to attend our offline batches. We also have outstation students across Rajasthan enrolled in our online live batches, accessible from anywhere via comerc.in.
Commerce Hub Kota is exclusively focused on Commerce — we don’t dilute our efforts across science or other streams. This means highly specialized faculty, commerce-specific study material, and a structured approach built specifically for board exams, university exams, and CA Foundation — not adapted from a science-stream template.
