Anywhere in the Projects/ Offices of the IRCON Company within India or abroad as per company’s requirement from time to time.

IRCON Assistant Manager Age Limit:

Maximum 30 years for Assistant Manager posts.
Age Relaxations as per Government of India’s guidelines.
Maximum age as on 1st February 2024.

IRCON Assistant Manager Salary:

The IRCON Assistant Manager / HRM Scale of Pay is Rs. 40000 – 140000/- + Allowances + PRP (IDA).

IRCON Assistant Manager Eligibility:

2 Years full time post graduate degree / diploma in HR/ Personnel/ IR/ PM & IR with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/ institution.
Minimum 01 year post qualification experience as on 1st April 2024.

IRCON Assistant Manager Application Fee:

₹ 1000/- for UR (General) / OBC category candidates.
No fee for SC / ST / EWS / PWD / Ex-Servicemen.
The fee in the form of Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of “IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED” payable at New Delhi.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Examination / Interview.
