PowerGrid Recruitment of Fresh Engineering Graduates for Executive Positions as Engineer Trainee – 2024 in Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Computer Science disciplines through GATE-2024 – Advertisement No. CC/08/2023. Power Grid is seeking bright, committed, and energetic engineering graduates to join as Engineer Trainees tentatively in the disciplines of Electrical, Electronics, Civil, and Computer Science through GATE 2024. Graduates who intend to pursue further studies based on GATE 2024 or may require an extension of joining time upon selection need not apply.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 31st December 2023. Age relaxation as per rules.
Educational Qualifications:
- Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) from recognized University/ Institute.
- Discipline: Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Percentage of marks; 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- Final Year / Semester students who expect their final results by 14.08.2024 are also eligible to apply.

PowerGrid Engineer Trainee Salary:
Power Grid Engineer Trainee positions come with an exceptionally appealing compensation package, ranking among the best in the industry. Successful candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.40,000/- -3%- 1,40,000(IDA) during the one-year training period. Throughout the training period, they will receive a stipend comprising a Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA, and Perks at 12% of the basic pay.
